Location: San Francisco
Twin Peaks in San Francisco has epic views of the whole city, the bay, and the Golden Gate Bridge. You drive up a long winding road and park along the side. I would imagine Twin Peaks would be very crowded at sunset and other parts of the day but that’s why sunrise is my preferred time of day to photograph both engagement sessions and elopements. Sunrises are peaceful and often we have the whole location to ourselves.
Jennifer and Bill are such an adventurous and fun-loving couple that when I emailed Jen asking if they would be interested in meeting with me at 5:45 am at Twin Peaks for their engagement session, she replied “YES!”. No questions and no hesitation. They’ve been dating for 6 years and their love is so effortless they just seem to go together like peas and carrots, Bonnie and Clyde, and sunrises over San Francisco.
